Last Wednesday some of our students took part in a cooking class after school. The class is aimed at teaching students how to cook, which is such an important skill for everyone to have.
Not only will the student's learn the important skill of cooking, they will also learn about the value of healthy eating.
The best part of the class was when students sat down to taste the fruits of their hard earned work! The three course menu included sweet potato soup for starters, followed by pork, mash and veg for the main course, and chocolate brownies for dessert.
The cooking classes are organised by Mr. O'Neil and will take place on Wednesday's after school. If your're interested in taking part, talk to Mr. O'Neil.
